Cats and Dogs allowed, 2 pets maximum. Pet Deposit is $300 per pet (refundable), and Pet Rent is $35 per pet.
Hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, birds, and all reptiles are permitted with permission from the Landlord. Fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons) are allowed. No ferrets or rabbits are allowed.
